Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Edgeless storefront ("Edgeless", "we", "us"), operated by Edgeless Lab LLC (Wyoming, USA). By using the site, uploading a design, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Edgeless is

Edgeless is a curated print-on-demand marketplace. Designs are screened by an automated model review ("the swarm") before they can be sold. Products are manufactured on demand by third-party print partners and shipped directly to you. Edgeless does not hold inventory.

2. Creator terms (if you upload or submit a design)

You represent that you own, or have all rights to, the artwork you submit, and that it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other right.
You grant Edgeless a non-exclusive, worldwide license to reproduce, print, display, market, and sell your design on products and in storefront imagery.
You are responsible for the legality of your content. Edgeless may decline, remove, or quarantine any design at its discretion (including via automated review).
You agree not to submit content that is infringing, hateful, deceptive, or unlawful.

3. Creator royalties

Creators earn a royalty on arms-length sales of their designs (sales to a buyer other than the creator). The royalty rate is shown at submission and may change prospectively.
Royalties are paid via Stripe Connect. To receive payouts you must complete Stripe Connect onboarding (identity + payout details) and accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Until onboarding is complete, royalties accrue as pending.
No royalty is paid on a creator's purchase of their own design.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are shown in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe; Edgeless never stores your full card details.
Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, content issues, or fulfillment failure) and refund the payment in that case.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost due to an incorrect address.

5. All sales final

Because every item is made to order, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, size, or color choice. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund for that item.

6. Shipping

Production and shipping times vary by product and print partner. Estimated times are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edgeless Lab LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes & contact
