This policy explains what Edgeless Lab LLC ("Edgeless", "we") collects and how we use it when you use the Edgeless storefront.
Only the service providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments + payouts), Printful and Printify (manufacturing + shipping), and infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Render). We do not sell your personal information.
We keep order and tax records as required by law, and other data only as long as needed to run the service. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing us (subject to records we must legally retain).
Edgeless Lab LLC does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). Because we do not sell or share, there is nothing to opt out of — but you may still contact us at souls@edgelesslab.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share" to confirm your preference on record.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use it; request access to or a copy of it; request correction or deletion; and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these, email souls@edgelesslab.com. We will verify your request (typically via the email associated with your order) and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
